Preliminary assessment:

The preliminary assessment is the process of collating B-BBEE information, assessing the information, verifying the source documentation, and applying corrective measures to enhance your scores. Our professional scepticism and experience will be used to optimise your B-BBEE performance.

Gap Analysis & Strategy:

Once a preliminary assessment has been completed, we will be able to analyse the shortfalls and provide a comprehensive B-BBEE strategy to obtain the desired B-BBEE recognition level. Various cost-effective scenarios will be provided to maximize B-BBEE points.

Implementation:

We will assist in implementing all relevant initiatives in the correct and timely manner that is required by the relevant legislation.  This will include measures to ensure relevant third parties (Training providers, suppliers, beneficiaries & charity organisations) comply with the legislative requirements.

Verification Preparation:

Once all relevant strategies are in place we will prepare for the B=BBEE audit. This includes collating B-BBEE information, evidence, samples and all relevant source documentation and preparing a comprehensive file for the B-BBEE audit done by an accredited rating agency.
